Return Policy
As an artist, I want to make your experience purchasing my art as beautiful and simple as can be. If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away upon delivery including photos of the damaged piece. You may choose a new piece in exchange or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).
Currently, I do not accept refunds for any undamaged artwork or commissioned artwork. All sales of commissions are final as there are times during to make any changes. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange it for a new piece of lesser or equal value within 5 business days by contacting me directly. You must package the artwork(s) in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may and are encouraged to reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the artwork. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the artwork in perfect condition, we can proceed with an exchange.
In addition, I currently cannot accept any purchases outside of the United States via Shop checkout. If this type of purchase does go through by accident, you will receive a refund. Or, if you’d like to continue your purchase outside of the United States, please contact me via email and I can put together an invoice with correct shipping prices.
